What we collect

When you request a quote or book a cleaning, we collect what you enter:

• Your name, phone number and email.
• Your service address (street, city and zip code).
• Details about your yard: turf size, whether you have dogs and how many, any odor, the service you choose, and your estimate.
• The appointment time you book, or that you'd like us to call you first.
• Whether you agreed to be contacted, when, and the exact wording you agreed to.

We also record the page you came from and your browser type with your request. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure the site.

We don't use advertising or analytics trackers on this site. The online booking calendar is run by our scheduling provider and may use cookies it needs to work.

How we use it

• To prepare your estimate and confirm the final price (and any travel fee) with you.
• To schedule and perform your service.
• To contact you about your quote and appointment.
• To run and secure this website, and to keep our business records.

Calls and texts

If you check the consent box on our quote form, you agree to the following. Consent isn't required to buy anything from us.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run our business: website hosting, a secure database that stores your request, online scheduling, and the messaging tool that alerts our team to new requests. They handle your information only to provide those services to us.

We may also share information if the law requires it. We don't sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to serve you and to keep our business records, or until you ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Access to the stored requests is limited to our team.

Your California privacy rights

If you live in California, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we have about you, and give you a copy.
• Delete your personal information.
• Correct information that's wrong.

To make a request, call or text (310) 896-1157. We'll confirm it's you by checking details that match our records, and we'll respond within the time the law requires. You can also have someone you authorize make a request for you. We won't treat you differently for using these rights. We don't sell or share personal information, so there's nothing to opt out of.

Children

This site is for adults arranging service for their home. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
